Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management)

Flavour SA has established a partnership with Australian Food Training Centre to offer our members the opportunity to participate in the Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) course in early 2006. New logistics management framework to ensure E2E supply chain excellence

A national cold chain assurance system is available now to assist the food industry to better maintain perishable food specifications throughout the entire supply chain. Titled Australian Logistics Assured (ALA), the voluntary accreditation system will be delivered through the National Cold Chain Centre. Initially, the State Government is offering financial assistance for companies undertaking the ALA program. The Cold Chain Centre is currently offering a free wall-chart to Flavour SA members who make an enquiry to the Cold Chain Centre.

FLAVOUR SA MEMBERS ONLY – Photography shoot

Flavour SA members are invited to participate in a photography shoot. Tony Lewis, a freelance photographer is working with Flavour SA to provide members with quality shots of their products. Products will be shot in a studio and those companies participating will be responsible for attending the product shoot and directing the shots they require. A disc of 4 high resolution shots will be provided. The shoot will be held on Tuesday 14th February. The cost per company will be $300 plus GST.
